Samor Reality Limited approves rights issue

The Board of Directors of Samor Reality Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 28th March, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company and following business were considered and approved the issuance of equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be notified subsequently) for an amount not exceeding Rs.30 Crores (Rupees Thirty Crores Only), at such price and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board or a duly constituted committee of the Board in accordance with applicable laws, subject to receipt of necessary approvals, if and as may be required.

The Board has appointed various intermediaries for the Proposed Right issue of the Company.
