Tahmar Enterprises Ltd acquires 45KLPD grain based distillery

The company had earlier announced regarding the Proposal of acquisition of New property (Land, building, Plant and Machinery) along with its business "Distillery Business" in the new name of company "Tahmar Enterprises Limited".

The company has completed the business transfer agreement to purchase a Grain based Distillery having a capacity of 45,000 litre per day (45KLPD) situated at Survey No. 990(1), Berawadi AT Post Bhadgaon, Taluka Gadhinglaj, Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

The company has also announced the purchase of Office situated at "Unit No. 501, 5th Floor, Dempo Trade Centre, Panji, Taluka - Tiswadi, District North Goa, Goa and Factory on Plot No. 17 admeasuring area 1000 sqmtr situated at Corlim Industrial Estate, Survey No. 2(Part), V. P. Corlim, Taluka Tiswadi, Dist. North Goa, Goa. Under The Sarfaesi Act.
