Shriram Finance Ltd updates on fund raising

Shriram Finance Ltd had earlier announced about the updated and upsized USD 3,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme through Offering Circular dated January 4, 2022 for issuance of debt securities in the international markets.

The Banking and Finance Committee in its meeting held on March 23, 2023 had approved the update of the existing USD 3,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme through Offering Circular dated March 23, 2023 in order to enable the Company to issue debt securities in international markets by way of public/private placement, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, if any.

Shares of Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1261.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1244.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7273 in over 2297 trades.
