NBCC updates on auction sale of Commercial built-up space at World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi

NBCC being the implementing agency for redevelopment of 3 nos. GPRA colonies has Conducted 18th e-auction sale of Commercial built-up space at world Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

In the latest e-auction four buyers had participated and were successful in purchase of approx. 1.05 lakhs sft Built up area (BUA) amounting to Rs. 415.10 Crore.

Till date total area sold is 15.49 lakhs sft BUA amounting to Rs. 6,251.90 Crore.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 33.88 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1171637 in over 2679 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.66 and intraday low of 33.72. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40153122.00.
