Deccan Remedies Ltd updates on approval

Deccan Remedies Limited (DRL), subsidiary of Gennex Laboratories Limited received approval from the Factories Department of Andhra Pradesh for the Change in the Name of the Factory and Occupier in favour of DRL for the recently acquired pharma unit from Forel Labs Private Limited.

Shares of GENNEX LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5.48 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 257269 in over 390 trades.
