Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has on Friday, March 17, 2023, allotted 93,561 unsecured, listed, rated, non-cumulative, redeemable, non-convertible, taxable, debentures ("NCD") of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each at par aggregating to a total issue size of Rs. 935,61,00,000 (Rupees Nine Hundred and Thirty Five Crore and Sixty One Lakh) on a private placement basis to identified investors at the interest rate of 7.58% per annum payable annually.
