GAIL India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of GAIL India Ltd in its 454th meeting held today i.e. 13th March, 2023 has, approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ 40% (Rs. 4.00/- per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The Interim Dividend will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, 21st March, 2023 fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of GAIL (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 111.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1498602 in over 11800 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 111.55 and intraday low of 107.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 164575765.00.
