UGRO Capital Limited approves commercial paper issue

The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of UGRO Capital Limited ("Committee") at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, 09th March, 2023 has, approved the issuance of Commercial papers to the tune of INR 15 crores for a period of 363 days and INR 50 crores for a period upto 363 days.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 157.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5764 in over 344 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159.00 and intraday low of 152.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 901473.00.
