Bharat Forge Ltd announces E-bike manufacturing facility at MIDC Chakan

Bharat Forge Limited through its E-Mobility subsidiary, Kalyani Powertrain Limited, inaugurated its first E-bike manufacturing facility at MIDC Chakan on 08th March 2023. The facility has a production capacity of 60,000 units per annum and scalable to 100,000 units per annum, will undertake assembly of E-bikes for Tork Motors Private Limited, 64.29% owned by Kalyani Powertrain Limited.

Shares of Bharat Forge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 833.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 828.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22833 in over 1685 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 835.80 and intraday low of 819.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18919070.00.
