Vesuvius India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8.25

The Board of Directors of Vesuvius India Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., February 27, 2023, has, recommended dividend for the Financial year ended on December 31, 2022 of Rs. 8.25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

The board has fixed, Wednesday, April 26, 2023, as the Record Date, for purpose of determining those members who will be entitled to receive dividend which shall be paid after the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Vesuvius India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1800.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1757.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2924 in over 690 trades.
