Sical Logistics Limited allots shares to public shareholders, new promoter

The Board of Directors of Sical Logistics Limited have today approved the allotment of equity shares.

In accordance with the approved Resolution Plan by the Honourable NCLT, Chennai Bench dated 08th December, 2022, pursuant to extinguishment of erstwhile promoters entire holding of 9594601 equity shares, the board approved allotment of 3262454 equity shares to the existing public shareholders at the ratio of One share for every Fifteen shares held being the reduction and reconstitution of the share capital.

The board also approved the allotment of 6,19,86,626 equity shares of Rs,10 each at a premium of Rs.277.57 to the successful Resolution Applicant M/s. Pristine Malwa Logistics Park Private Limited on preferential basis.
