The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of UGRO Capital Limited ("Committee") today, i.e. Friday, February 24, 2023 has, made an allotment of 2000 (Two Thousand) Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') having face value of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) each, aggregating to INR 20,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Crore) through private placement.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 151.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4309 in over 254 trades.
