HDFC Bank through GIFT City IFSC Banking unit raises $750 Mn

HDFC Bank Limited acting through GIFT City IFSC Banking Unit has completed the issue of 750 Million US$ Senior Unsecured Bonds.

The Notes are rated Baa3 by Moody’s Rating Services and BBB- by S&P.

The Notes will be listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited.

Shares of HDFC Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1603.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1614.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 149432 in over 11285 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1616.60 and intraday low of 1592.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 239412693.00.
