Reliance New Energy Ltd completes acquisition of shares in Nexwafe GmbH

Reliance New Energy Limited (RNEL) (formerly known as Reliance New Energy Solar Limited), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has today completed the purchase of 7,433 Common shares; 1,518 Series B1 Preferred shares; and 660 Series B2 Preferred shares of Nexwafe GmbH, for an aggregate consideration of EUR 7,55,684.

No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the said purchase of shares.

Shares of Reliance Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2434.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2415.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 167774 in over 17513 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2446.00 and intraday low of 2412.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 407475269.00.
