License Agreement signed between Olatech Solutions Limited and HFCL Limited

Olatech Solutions Limited (OTS) has signed a License Agreement with HFCL Limited (HFCL) whereby HFCL, a leading technology company, which specializes in manufacturing WiFi equipment, associated controller, switches along with other telecommunication equipment, optical fiber, and optical fiber cables, will bundle OTS WiFi Software applications which includes AAA, WiFi Subscriber Management, Policy Engine, Self-Care and Captive Portals and DHCP and pitch to customers globally as a joint offering for WiFi solution.

Shares of HFCL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 68.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 657967 in over 3672 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 69.45 and intraday low of 67.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44908870.00.
