BMW Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of BMW Industries Limited ('the Company') in its meeting held at the Registered Office of the Company on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.2/- (20%) per Equity Share of Rs. 1.00/- each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023.

The Board has fixed Friday, February 24, 2023 as the "RECORD DATE" for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or before March 16, 2023.

Shares of BMW Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 32.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8650 in over 110 trades.
