Alkem Laboratories Ltd declares special dividend of Rs. 25

This being the 50th year of incorporation of the Company, the Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd have at its meeting held on 10th February, 2023, declared a Special Dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty-Five only) per equity share having a face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the financial year 2022-23. In addition to the same, the Board has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) per equity share having a face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the financial year 2022-23 amounting to a total Interim Dividend of Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty only) per equity share (2000% on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share).

The date of payment of Dividend (Interim and Special) shall be on and from 01st March, 2023.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Dividend (Interim and Special) for the financial year 2022-23 would be Saturday 18th February, 2023.

Shares of Alkem Laboratories Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3298.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3230.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12483 in over 3477 trades.
