Akzo Nobel India Ltd recommends interim dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Akzo Nobel India Ltd has recommended interim dividend of Rs 25/- (Rupees twenty five only) per equity share for the financial year 2022-23. This dividend shall be payable within 30 days from today.

The board has fixed Tuesday, 21 February, 2023 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. A member, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the close of business hours of Tuesday, 21 February, 2023, shall be entitled for this dividend.

Shares of Akzo Nobel India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2314.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2226.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5193 in over 1134 trades.
