Data Infrastructure Trust declares total distribution of Rs. 3.7457 per Unit

The Data InvIT Committee of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ("Trust"), in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, February 9, 2023 has declared a total distribution of Rs. 3.7457 per Unit, as Return on Capital.

Friday, February 17, 2023 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of the payment of this distribution to the Unitholders which will be paid on or before Thursday, February 23, 2023.
