Angel One Ltd receives in-principle approval from SEBI for Mutual Fund business

Angel One Ltd has received an In-Principle approval from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide their letter dated February 8, 2023, for sponsoring a Mutual Fund.

Accordingly, the Company would be setting up an Asset Management Company and the Trustee Company, in accordance with applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.

Shares of Angel Broking Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1160.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1162.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10794 in over 945 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1181.75 and intraday low of 1157.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12598979.00.
