Lotus Eye Care Hospital IPO subscribed 0.61 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Lotus Eye Care Hospital Ltd which opened for subscription on June 12, 2008 has received subscription of 0.61 times till 5:00 PM on June 18, 2008.

The company has come out with an IPO of 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 38 to Rs 42 through 100% Book Building process.

The issue has received bids for 6142800 equity shares against the offer of 10000000 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 2344950 shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 3444600 equtiy shares against the offer of 5000000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.6889 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received bids for 205200 equity shares against the offer of 1500000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.1368 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.7123 times with bids for 2493000 shares against the offer of 3500000 equity shares.

The IPO closing date has been revised to June 20, 2008.
