Brookfield India REIT declares distribution of Rs. 5 per unit

The Board of Directors of Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, the manager of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust ("Brookfield India REIT") at its meeting held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, has, declared distribution of Rs. 1,675.44 million / Rs. 5 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. The distribution comprises of (i) Rs. 760.65 million/ Rs. 2.27 per unit in the form of interest payment on shareholder loan and CCDs, (ii) Rs. 33.51 million / Rs. 0.10 per unit in the form of dividend; (iii) Rs. 871.23 million / Rs. 2.60 per unit in the form of repayment of SPV debt and (iv) the balance Rs. 10.05 million / Rs. 0.03 per unit in the form of interest on fixed deposit.

Shares of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT was last trading in BSE at Rs. 271.28 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 273.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4366 in over 225 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 277.00 and intraday low of 271.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1190848.00.
