Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of directors of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd has approved an interim dividend of Rs 1.25/-(Rupees One and Paisa Twenty Five Only) per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (i.e. 12.5%) for the Financial Year 2022-2023. Further, Board of Directors has also approved 17th February, 2023 as 'Record Date' for the payment of aforesaid Interim Dividend for the FY 22-23.
