Xpro India Limited to invest in SPV under Group Captive Scheme

The Board of Directors of Xpro India Limited in their meeting held on February 6, 2023, has approved equity investment upto Rs. 2.00 Crores in Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with Tata Power Renewal Energy Limited for Sourcing Solar Power through Open Access for Ranjangaon Unit of the Company under Group Captive Scheme.

Shares of Xpro India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 595.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 616.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40453 in over 1685 trades.
