Huhtamaki India Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Huhtamaki India Limited at its meeting held on Monday, 6th February 2023 has recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (100%), for the financial year ended 31st December 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 73 Annual General Meeting.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from Friday, 21st April 2023 to Tuesday, 4 May 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2022.

Shares of Huhtamaki India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 200.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 197.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4943 in over 242 trades.
