BLS International Services Ltd approves 1st interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of BLS International Services Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. February 06, 2023, has, approved 1st interim dividend at the rate of 50% on fv i.e. Rs 0.50 per equity share of FV of Rs. 1 each on 41,08,20,000 eq sh, for the fy 2022-23 and has fixed Feb 17, 2023 as Record Date.

The dividend shall be paid to those shareholders holding shares in electronic form as per the beneficial ownership data made available by the NSDL and CDSL and shares in physical form whose names shall appear on the Register of Members as on February 17, 2023.

Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 180.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 182.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 207907 in over 4143 trades.
