Varun Beverages Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Varun Beverages Ltd at their meeting held today (started at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 11:45 A.M.) have considered and approved the recommendation of final dividend of Re. 1 (Rupee One only) per Equity Share of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2022 to the shareholders of the Company on a Record Date to be fixed after taking approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.

Shares of Varun Beverages Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1161.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1153.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72273 in over 6256 trades.
