Gateway Distriparks Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of directors of Gateway Distriparks Limited at its meeting held on 6th February, 2023, the Board of Directors has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75 (@ 7.5 %) per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

Further, the Board of Directors has fixed Tuesday, 14th February, 2023 as Record Date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend. The Second interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.
