Tube Investments of India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Tube Investments of India Ltd has declared payment of an Interim Dividend at Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share of the face value of Re.1/- each of the Company [ISIN: INE974X01010] for the financial year ending 31st March 2023.

The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend was fixed as Wednesday, 15th February 2023.

The lnterim Dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday, 28th February 2023.
