The Board of Directors of Saven Technologies Ltd at their meeting held on 03rd February, 2023, declared second interim dividend of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share (representing 100%) on the equity share of Re.1/- each fully paid up (1,08,78,748 equity shares of Re.1/- each fully paid up), for the financial year 2022-23.
