T V Today Network Ltd declares special interim dividend of Rs. 67

The Board of Directors of T.V. Today Network Limited ('the Company'), at their meeting held on February 03, 2023, has declared special interim dividend of Rs. 67/- (Rupees Sixty-Seven only) per Equity Share i.e. at the rate of 1340% on the face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2022-23.

The Special Interim Dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, February 13, 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

The payment of Special lnterim Dividend/dispatch of dividend warrants would be done within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Shares of TV Today Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 286.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 246.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100811 in over 4989 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 294.00 and intraday low of 241.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28267841.00.
