Engineers India Ltd wins order from MoHUA

EIL has been recently awarded an assignment from Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) for "Providing Transaction Advisory Services for setting up large scale Bio-Methanation and Waste to Energy projects in selected 25 nos. of million plus cities". In this regard, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) has been singed between Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and Engineers India Limited (EIL) on 01.02.2023.

These Bio-Methanation and Waste to Energy projects shall be conceptualized and executed as bench-marking Projects with aim to resolve major environmental issues including Waste Management & Pollution caused due to plastic & other waste accumulation. These Projects shall also improve overall energy output thereby minimizing the cost of energy generation.

Shares of Engineers India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 83.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 354812 in over 2824 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88.90 and intraday low of 81.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30084027.00.
