Quint Digital Media Ltd gets trading approval for rights shares

On February 2, 2023, BSE has granted the trading approval for 2,50,00,000 (Two Crore and Fifty Lakh) Equity Shares of Quint Digital Media Limited having face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only) w.e.f. February 3, 2023.

The Issued, Paid-up, Admitted and Listed Equity Share Capital of the Company will be increased from Rs. 21,96,98,080 divided into 2,19,69,808 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 46,96,98,080 divided into 4,69,69,808 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of Quint Digital Media Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23902 in over 516 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126.00 and intraday low of 111.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2779980.00.
