PH Capital Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors Of PH Capital Ltd at its meeting held today has, declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.25/- per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to be paid as Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023. The said dividend shall be paid to the shareholders on or after February 11, 2023.

The board fixed Friday, February 10, 2023 as the cut-off date ("Record Date") for the purpose Of payment Of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023.
