Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, in their Meeting held on 31st January, 2023, have approved the payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@50% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The 2nd Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Members on 24th February, 2023.

Shares of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 216.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 211.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 323909 in over 4257 trades.
