The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 7.20

The Board of directors of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7.20 /- per share to the equity shareholders of the Company.

The Company has fixed February 10, 2023 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders eligible for receiving the interim dividend. The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after February 22, 2023.
