The Board of Directors of Evans Electric Ltd duly considered and resolved to fix the record date as Friday, February 10, 2023 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for entitlement of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Re. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each, for which the Company has obtained shareholders' approval on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
