Valiant Laboratories Ltd to raise funds through IPO

The Board of Directors of Valiant Organics Ltd's material subsidiary, Valiant Laboratories Limited at their meeting held on Monday, January 30, 2023 have approved fund raising, subject to receipt of requisite approvals, market conditions and other considerations, by way of an Initial Public Offering of its Equity Shares in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable laws (the "Offer").

Shares of Valiant Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 477.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 477.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9074 in over 978 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 489.35 and intraday low of 470.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4361121.00.
