Carborundum Universal Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of directors of Carborundum Universal Limited at its meeting held on January 31, 2023 has declared an interim dividend of 150% i.e., Rs. 1.50/- (One Rupee Fifty Paisa only) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ending 31st March 2023.

The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive the aforesaid interim dividend is Friday, 10th February 2023. In the case of shareholders opting for NECS/ECS, the dividend would in the normal course be credited to their accounts by Tuesday, 28th February 2023. In the case of shareholders opting physical mode of payment, the same will be posted by 28th February 2023. The dividend will be paid after deducting applicable taxes.

Shares of Carborundum Universal Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 972.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 965.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23399 in over 1979 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 982.00 and intraday low of 953.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22779753.00.
