MOIL Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of MOIL Ltd in their meeting held on January 31, 2023 has declared interim dividend Rs. 3.00 per equity share of face value Rs.10 each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2023.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is 08.02.2023. The date of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 shall be 28.02.2023.
