TCI Express Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of TCI Express Limited has declared 2nd Interim dividend for FY 2022-23 at the rate of 150% (Rs. 3.00) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.2/- each to the Shareholders, whose names will appear on the Register of Members on the RECORD DATE i.e. Wednesday, February 08, 2023.

The payment of dividend/ dispatch of warrants will be completed within/before 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend.

Shares of TCI Express Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1739.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1740.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4120 in over 1089 trades.
