GPT Infraprojects Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of GPT Infraprojects Limited at their meeting held on 31st day of January, 2023, have declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 10 % (Re.1.00 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs. 10/- each) of the Company, for the financial year 2022-23.

The Company is expecting to pay the interim dividend to the shareholders on or before 01st March, 2023. The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend has been fixed at Friday, 10th February, 2023.
