KPI Green Energy Limited declares 4th interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of directors of KPI Green Energy Limited has declared Fourth Interim Dividend at 2.0% i.e. Re. 0.20 (Rupee Twenty Paisa Only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2022-23.

The Record date for payment of this interim dividend is February 20, 2023.
