DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd subsidiary invests in Anant Thermal Energy Ltd

Dcm Shriram Consolidated Ltd has announced that DCM Shriram Credit and Investment Limited, a subsidiary of the Company has made investments in equity share capital of Anant Thermal Energy Limited, New Delhi to make it its Subsidiary. Shriram Bioseed Genetics India Limited, another subsidiary of the Company has made investment in the share capital of Shriram Bioseed (Thailand) Limited, Thailand to make it its wholly owned Subsidiary. Consequently, both Anant Thermal Energy Limited and Shriram Bioseed (Thailand) Limited have become new subsidiaries of the Company as well.
