Aarti Drugs Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Aarti Drugs Ltd at its Meeting held on Friday, January 27, 2023, has declared the Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) (@10%) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

Wednesday, February 8, 2023 has been fixed as 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
