Agro Dutch to issue 1,00,00,000 warrants to promoters

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 206, has decided to issue 1,00,00,000 convertible warrants to the Promoters / Promoter's associates and other associate Companies of the Promoters on a price as per SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) guidelines, 2000.
