Uma Exports Ltd to invest in subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Uma Exports Ltd has approved incorporation of a JV Subsidiary company in the name of Qute Cottons Private Limited and to invest in such JV subsidiary an amount of Rs 75,00,000 for 75% shareholding in the said company.

Shares of Uma Exports Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 48.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3227 in over 80 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.40 and intraday low of 48.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 157772.00.
