VIP Industries Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of VIP Industries Ltd at its meeting held today at 1:45 p.m. and concluded at 3:25 p.m. declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (100%). The 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 shall be paid on or after 14thFebruary, 2023.

The Board has fixed Thursday, 2nd February, 2023 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend.

Shares of VIP Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 722.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 705.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22893 in over 1655 trades.
