Apcotex Industries Limited approves interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Apcotex Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 25th January 2023, approved the declaration of Interim Dividend @ Rs 2.00/- per equity share of Rs. 2.00/- each for the financial year 2022-2023.

Accordingly, the Board has fixed 7th February 2023 as the record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
