Titan Intech Ltd wins bid for Mahadurg Festival 2023

After successful completion of "International Yoga Sports Federation Event" in Bangalore from 2nd-4th December, 2022. Company has participated in the Bid for the "Appointment of events and media management agency for celebration of Shri Chattraparti Shivaji Maharaj Janmautsav (Mahadurg Festival 2023)" at Shiveri, Maharashtra to be held from 18th to 25th February 2023 and won this Bid due to our technical and financial strength. Directorate of tourism (DOT) Govt of Maharashtra has approved our proposal and awarded the bid value of Rs. 8 Crores. Sponsorship revenue over and above Rs. 8 crores will be shared between TITAN INTECH LIMITED and DOT in the ratio of 80% and 20% respectively.

The event will include the performances from various artists such as Marathi Bana show, Janta raja, Talent show Bollywood Night, musical night and many more, there will be a luxurious tent for to stay near beautiful lake with food festival and stalls created to enjoy their stay at shivneri.

Shares of Titan Intech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 33.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48045 in over 259 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.55 and intraday low of 31.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1635623.00.
